Quick Reference — To acknowledge discontinued orders (from Order Entry)

You must have the Inpatient Clinicals: Nurse Task Sign-off role to acknowledge discontinued orders in the patient chart.

1. Display your athenaOne home page: On the Main Menu, click the athenaOne logo.
2. In the Patient List, click the patient's name to display the patient's chart.
3. In the patient's chart, click Go to Orders (at the upper right) to display the Order Entry page.
4. Under Recent Changes, locate the discontinued order.
   
   
5. Click ACKNOWLEDGE DISCONTINUED on the right.
